Peran lingkungan sosial terhadap penerapan therapeutic comunity korban penyalahgunaan napza di sentra satria baturaden, Dosen Pembimbing : ABAS BASUNI dan SRI RATNA NINGRUM Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan peran lingkungan sosial terhadap penerapan Therapeutic Community (TC) korban penyalahgunaan NAPZA di Sentra Satria Baturaden. Tujuan penelitian ini mencakup: 1) menggambarkan engaruh interaksi antar teman bergaul (KPN) terhadap penerapan TC, 2) menggambarkan pengaruh lingkungan tetangga, termasuk warga yang bukan korban penyalahgunaan NAPZA (ABH dan ODGJ), terhadap penerapan TC, dan 3) mengambarkan pengaruh aktivitas komunitas di pusat rehabilitasi terhadap penerapan TC. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Pemilihan informan dilakukan secara purposive, melibatkan lima informan utama yang terdiri dari dua korban penyalahgunaan NAPZA, dua konselor, dan satu koordinator divisi narkotika. Penggumpulan data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interaksi dengan teman bergaul memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap penerapan TC, terutama dalam hal motivasi dan dukungan. Lingkungan tetangga, termasuk interaksi dengan ABH dan ODGJ, juga berperan dalam proses pemulihan, meskipun ada tantangan dalam pengintegrasian komunitas yang heterogen. Aktivitas komunitas di pusat rehabilitasi, seperti pelatihan vokasional dan terapi kelompok, dapat mendukung dalam penerapan TC, tetapi, terdapat tantangan dalam konsistensi pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disarankan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterlibatan seluruh elemen sosial di Sentra Satria Baturaden dalam penerapan TC. Terutama bagi pekerja sosial. Program yang diusulkan adalah peningkatan kompetensi pekerja sosial dalam menerapkan Therapeutic Community, untuk memperkuat dukungan sosial dan keberhasilan pemulihan. Social Environment Analysis of the Implementation of Therapeutic Community for Drug Abuse Victims at Sentra Satria Baturaden Purwokerto, Supervisors: ABAS BASUNI and SRI RATNA NINGRUM This study aims to analyze the social environment towards the application of Therapeutic Community (TC) drug abuse victims at Sentra Satria Baturaden. The objectives of this research include: 1) Analyzing the influence of interaction between social friends (KPN) on the application of TC, 2) Analyzing the influence of the neighboring environment, including residents who are not drug abuse victims (ABH and ODGJ), on the application of TC, and 3) Analyzing the influence of community activities at the rehabilitation center on the application of TC. This research approach used a qualitative method with a descriptive design. The selection of informants was done purposively, involving five main informants consisting of two drug abuse victims, two counselors, and one narcotics division coordinator. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results showed that interactions with friends had a positive influence on the application of TC, especially in terms of motivation and support. The neighborhood environment, including interactions with ABH and ODGJ, also plays a role in the recovery process, although there are challenges in integrating heterogeneous communities. Community activities in rehabilitation centers, such as vocational training and group therapy, can support the implementation of TC. However, there are challenges in the consistency of the implementation of these activities. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended to improve the understanding and involvement of all social elements in the Satria Baturaden Center in the implementation of TC. The proposed program is to increase the competence of social workers in implementing Therapeutic Community, to strengthen social support and recovery success.
