Kepedulian sosial adalah keinginan dan tindakan secara sadar untuk membantu seseorang keluar dari situasi tertentu agar dapat mengatasinya. Penelitian kepedulian sosial guru terhadap kenakalan remaja di MTs Al-Musaddadiyah Garut bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran lebih dalam tentang 1) karakteristik informan 2) kepedulian sosial guru terhadap aspek pemahaman 3) kepedulian sosial guru terhadap aspek empati 4) kepedulian sosial guru terhadap aspek kesadaran 5) kepedulian sosial guru terhadap aspek kemampuan. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada responden yang berjumlah 24 orang dengan teknik sampling jenuh (sensus) serta karakteristik responden berdasarkan jenis kelamin dan kelompok usia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah menyebar angket, studi dokumen, dan wawancara. Uji validitas yang digunakan adalah validitas muka dan pengujian reliabilitas menggunakan metode alpha cronbach. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepedulian sosial guru di MTs Al-Musaddadiyah Garut berada pada kategori tinggi. Hal ini diperoleh melalui perolehan skor pada 5 aspek kepedulian sosial. Akan tetapi kepedulian sosial guru terhadap kenakalan remaja pada aspek empati masih belum optimal sehingga peneliti mengusulkan program untuk meningkatkan kepedulian sosial guru pada aspek empati menggunakan metode pekerjaan sosial dengan kelompok (social groupwork) melalui tipe kelompok edukasi (educational group). Analisis kelayakan program yang diusulkan menggunakan teknik analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats). Kata Kunci: Kepedulian sosial, guru, kenakalan remaja. Supervisors: Denti Kardeti and Hartono Laras. Social concern is a conscious desire and action to help a person get out of a certain situation in order to overcome it. The research on teachers' social concern for juvenile delinquency at MTs Al-Musaddadiyah Garut aims to obtain a deeper picture of 1) the characteristics of informants, 2) the teacher's social concern for the understanding aspect, 3) the teacher's social concern for the empathy aspect, 4) the teacher's social concern for the awareness aspect, 5) the teacher's social concern for the ability aspect. This study was conducted on 24 respondents with a saturated sampling technique (census) and respondent characteristics based on gender and age group. This study uses descriptive research methods and quantitative approaches. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The data collection techniques carried out are distributing questionnaires, document studies, and interviews. The validity test used is advance validity and reliability testing using the alpha cronbach method. The results of the study show that the level of social concern of teachers at MTs Al-Musaddadiyah Garut is in the high category. This was obtained through the acquisition of scores on 5 aspects of social concern. However, teachers' social concern for juvenile delinquency in the empathy aspect is still not optimal, so the researcher proposes a program to increase teachers' social concern in the empathy aspect using the social groupwork method through the type of educational group. The feasibility analysis of the proposed program uses SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats) analysis techniques.
