Penelitian ini untuk mengkaji tentang Pemberdayaan Perempuan Rawan Sosial Ekonomi (PRSE) melalui Program Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE) melalui kemampuan Personal, interpersonal, sosial-ekonomi dan politik. Penelitian menggunakan metode teknik deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan ditentukan dengan teknik purposive, Informan tersebut diantaranya penanggungjawab program KUBE Kabupaten Bandung, Pendamping KUBE Desa Tenjolaya, 2 ketua dan 2 Anggota KUBE Konveksi dan Warungan. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan PRSE melalui KUBE di Desa Tenjolaya belum sepenuhnya efektif. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan adanya perbedaan dalam tingkat kemampuan pemberdayaan di setiap kelompok, yang disebabkan oleh berbagai masalah dan kebutuhan yang belum terpenuhi. Salah satu hambatan utama adalah kurangnya pelatihan yang menyertai pemberian bantuan, yang berdampak pada pelaksanaan program KUBE yang belum maksimal. Berdasarkan temuan ini, peneliti merekomendasikan adanya program pelatihan dan sosialisasi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan anggota PRSE, terutama dalam bidang kewirausahaan sosial Kata Kunci : Pemberdayaan, PRSE, Program KUBE.
