WALIYAH LESTARI. 2101004. THERESIA MARTINA MARWANTI and SUHARMA. The success of empowering rural women is closely related to their ability to map community assets. The research aims to develop a model of Women Community Capital Mapping (WCCM) via transect-net in an effort to empower rural women. The research location is in Mekarpawitan Village, Paseh District, Bandung Regency. In particular, research was carried out to: (1) understand the initial conditions of the WCCM model via transect-net; (2) design the initial concept development of WCCM via transect-net; (3) implementing the WCCM model via transect-net (4) reflecting the WCCM model via transect-net. The research uses a qualitative approach with a Participatory Action Research design, with research subjects: (1) interest groups: village government, local institutions, professional staff; (2) target group: Socioeconomic Vulnerable Women. The research informants as many as nine (9) people were determined by purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, documentation studies, Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The research results show that the initial model of WCCM through the transect-net has not answered the needs of the community. Therefore, this study developed it based on field needs. It turns out that after being implemented, the results show that the WCCM model through the developed transect-net can increase women's empowerment. This is marked by the results of the pre-test post-test and the results of reflection which show an increase in women's knowledge about community assets and an increase in women's ability to map community assets that can be utilized for women's empowerment. The implications of this research for the theory and practice of social work include : the existence of a community assessment model aimed at empowering women; the existence of a transect-net model, namely offline (field survey) and online tracing of community assets (digital searches, documentation and publication of search results); the existence of a community assessment model, which emphasizes participatory collaboration between interest groups and target groups; the existence of the Women Community Capital Framework (WCCF) which outlines 5 community assets in efforts to empower women, especially in the field of poverty alleviation. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model Women Community Capital Mapping (WCCM) melalui transect-net dalam upaya pemberdayaan perempuan pedesaan. Lokasi penelitian di Desa Mekarpawitan Kecamatan Paseh Kabupaten Bandung. Secara khusus, penelitian dilaksanakan untuk : (1) memahami kondisi awal model WCCM melalui transect-net; (2) mendesain pengembangan konsep awal WCCM melalui transect-net; (3) mengimplementasikan model WCCM melalui transect-net (4) merefleksikan model WCCM melalui transect-net. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan Participatory Action Reaseach, dengan subyek penelitian : (1) interest group : pemerintah desa, kelembagaan lokal, tenaga profesional; (2) target group : Perempuan Rawan Sosial Ekonomi. Informan penelitian sebanyak sembilan (9) orang ditentukan dengan purpossive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, obsevasi partisipatif, studi dokumentasi, Focuss Group Disscussion (FGD). Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model awal WCCM melalui transect-net belum menjawab kebutuhan masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengembangkannya berdasarkan kebutuhan lapangan. Ternyata setelah diimplementasikan, hasil menunjukkan bahwa model WCCM melalui transect-net yang dikembangkan, dapat meningkatkan keberdayaan perempuan. Ini ditandai dengan hasil pre-test post-test dan hasil refleksi yang menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan perempuan tentang aset komunitas dan peningkatan kemampuan perempuan memetakan aset komunitas yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk pemberdayaan perempuan. Implikasi penelitian ini terhadap teori dan praktik pekerjaan sosial antara lain : adanya model asesmen komunitas yang ditujukan untuk pemberdayaan perempuan; adanya model transect-net yakni penelusuran aset komunitas secara offline (survey lapangan) dan online (penelusuran digital, dokumentasi dan publikasi hasil penelusuran); adanya model asesmen komunitas, yang menekankan kolaborasi partisipatif antara Interest group dan target group; adanya Women Community Capital Framework (WCCF) yang menjabarkan 5 aset komunitas dalam upaya pemberdayaan perempuan, khususnya bidang penanganan kemiskinan.
