Pengembangan Teknik Positive Reinforcement dengan Quantum Learning merupakan hasil rekayasa teknologi terapi psikososial berupa penggabungan teknik Positive Reinforcement dengan model Quantum Learning untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar anak penyandang disabilitas grahita ringan atau mampu didik. Penambahan model Quantum Learning bertujuan untuk menimbulkan motivasi dari diri subjek (motivasi intrinsik) serta menemukan dan mengembangkan potensi diri. Motivasi tersebut biasanya timbul karena adanya harapan, tujuan dan keinginan seseorang terhadap sesuatu sehingga dia memiliki semangat untuk mencapai itu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hasil implementasi pengembangan teknik Positive Reinforcement dengan Quantum Learning terhadap peningkatan motivasi belajar anak penyandang disabilitas grahita ringan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan Single Subject Design (SSD) jenis reversal A-B-A. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah AS dan SP. Perilaku sasaran yang diobservasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ulet menghadapi kesulitan, mengerjakan tugas, menyampaikan pendapat atau pertanyaan dan mempertahankan konsentrasi. Uji validitas alat ukur menggunakan face validity (validitas muka), sedangkan uji reliabilitas menggunakan percent agreement. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis visual yang terdiri dari analisis dalam kondisi dan antar kondisi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan teknik Positive Reinforcement dengan Quantum Learning telah teruji mampu untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar anak penyandang disabilitas grahita ringan diketahui melalui analisis kecenderungan data yang menunjukkan trend meningkat dan persentase overlap pada analisis antar kondisi terletak pada rentang 0%-90%. Semakin kecil persentase overlap, semakin kuat pengaruh intervensi terhadap perubahan perlakuan Kata Kunci: Pengembangan Teknik Positive Reinforcement dengan Quantum Learning, Motivasi Belajar, Anak Penyandang Disabilitas Intelektual. ABSTRACT ISHNY AUDHIA RIFDAH. The Effect of Positive Reinforcement Technique Development with Quantum Learning on Increasing Learning Motivation of Children with Intellectual Disabilities. The development of Positive Reinforcement Techniques with Quantum Learning is the result of psychosocial therapy technology in the form of combining Positive Reinforcement techniques with the Quantum Learning model to increase the learning motivation of children with mild intellectual disabilities or able to learn. The addition of the Quantum Learning model aims to generate motivation from the subject's self (intrinsic motivation) and find and develop self-potential. This motivation usually arises because of a person's hopes, goals and desires for something so that they has the enthusiasm to achieve it. This study aims to explain the results of the implementation of the development of Positive Reinforcement techniques with Quantum Learning to increase the learning motivation of children with mild intellectual disabilities. This research uses a quantitative approach with Single Subject Design (SSD) type A-B-A reversal. The subjects in this study were AS and SP. The target behaviors observed in this study are resilience in facing difficulties, doing tasks, expressing opinions or questions and maintaining concentration. The validity test of the measuring instrument uses face validity, while the reliability test uses percent agreement. The data analysis used is a visual analysis consisting of analysis within conditions and between conditions. The results showed that the development of Positive Reinforcement techniques with Quantum Learning has been proven to be able to increase the learning motivation of children with mild intellectual disabilities known through the analysis of data trends that show an increasing trend and the percentage of overlap in the analysis between conditions lies in the range 0%-90%. The smaller the overlap percentage, the stronger the effect of the intervention on treatment change.
