Peran Guru dalam Kemandirian Bina Diri Anak Disabilitas Intelektual di SLB-D YPAC Kota Bandung. Dibimbing oleh Meiti Subardhini dan Sulistyary Ardiyantika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran guru dalam kemandirian bina diri anak disabilitas intelektual di SLB-D YPAC Kota Bandung. Kemandirian bina diri yang diajarkan yaitu mandi dan membersihkan diri, makan dan minum, serta berpakaian. Teknik penentuan responden menggunakan sampel jenuh yang berjumlah 30 responden yang menjadi guru di SLB-D YPAC Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Uji validitas menggunakan validitas muka dan uji reabilitas instrumen menggunakan Alpha Cronbach serta diukur menggunakan aplikasi SPSS26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peran guru dalam kemandirian bina diri anak disabilitas intelektual di SLB-D YPAC Kota Bandung dalam kategori positif. Namun berdasarkan aspek bina diri menunjukkan terdapat 1 (satu) dari 3 (tiga) aspek bina diri dalam kategori kurang yaitu dukungan sosial dan emosional dalam bina diri dengan nilai interval 800. Hal tersebut menunjukkan aspek dukungan sosial memiliki skor terendah sehingga berdasarkan hasil analisis masalah dan kebutuhan penelitian, maka peneliti mengusulkan program “BIKOLING : Bimbingan Konseling bagi Orang Tua Anak-Anak dengan Keunikan” yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan dukungan sosial dan emosional bagi anak dengan disabilitas intelektual dimulai dari lingkung terkecil yaitu keluarga atau orang tua. The role of teachers in the independence of self-development of children with intellectual disabilities in SLB-D YPAC Bandung City. Guided by Meiti Subardhini and Sulistyary Ardiyantika. This study aims to determine the role of teachers in the independence of self-development of children with intellectual disabilities in SLB-D YPAC Bandung. Self-reliance self-development that is taught is bathing and cleaning themselves, eating and drinking, and dressing. Respondent determination technique using saturated samples amounting to 30 respondents who became teachers in SLB - D YPAC Bandung. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques used are questionnaire, observation and documentation studies. Validity test using advance validity and reliability test instrument using Alpha Cronbach and measured using SPSS26 application. The results showed the role of teachers in the independence of self-development of children with intellectual disabilities in SLB-D YPAC Bandung in the positive category. However, based on aspects of self-development showed that there are 1 (one) of 3 (three) aspects of self-development in the category of lack of social and emotional support in self-development with an interval value of 800. This shows that the aspect of social support has the lowest score so that based on the results of the analysis of problems and research needs, the researchers proposed the program “BIKOLING : counseling guidance for parents of children with uniqueness” which aims to improve social and emotional support for children with intellectual disabilities starting from the smallest environment, namely family or parents.
