Berkebutuhan Khusus di Sekolah Inklusi SMP Ibnu Sina
Kabupaten Bandung, Skripsi, Politeknik Kesejahteraan Sosial

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran Pemenuhan Hak Anak
Berkebutuhan Khusus di Sekolah Inklusi SMP Ibnu Sina Kabupaten Bandung
yang mencakup hak non diskriminasi, hak kepentingan terbaik bagi anak, hak
kelangsungan hidup dan perkembangan dan hak penghargaan terhadap pendapat.
Pemenuhan hak anak adalah segala sesuatu kebutuhan dasar yang perlu dipenuhi
seluruh anak untuk mendapatkan kesejahteraaanya, begitu pula anak berkebutuhan
khusus. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Informasi
didapatkan dari berbagai sumber melalui wawancara (in-depth interview),
observasi (Observation) dan studi dokumentasi. Informan diplih dengan teknik
purposive sampling dengan jumlah informan sebanyak lima orang yang terdiri
dari satu guru, satu guru pendamping, dua teman reguler dari anak berkebutuhan
khusus dan satu orang tua anak berkebutuhan khusus. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa Sekolah Inklusi SMP Ibnu Sina Kabupaten Bandung dalam
menjalankan pemenuhan hak anak berkebutuhan khusus sudah terpenuhi, anak
berkebutuhan khusus dalam setiap hak-haknya diberikan kebebasan dan memiliki
kehidupan yang sama seperti anak regular, selain itu juga memberikan bekal bagi
anak berkebutuhan khusus terkait penyesuaian dirinya dan menunjang perihal
kehidupan dan kesejahteraan dirinya di masa depan. Program yang diusulkan
adalah “Peningkatan Pemahaman Kondisi dan Hak Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus
melalui Kelompok Rekreasi (Recreation Group) di SMP Ibnu Sina Kabupaten
Bandung.” yang bertujuan untuk menguatkan bonding antara anak reguler dan
anak berkebutuhan khusus dan meningkatknya pemahaman terhadap kondisi dan
hak anak berkebutuhan khusus.

This study aims to obtain an overview of the fulfillment of the rights of children
with special needs at the Ibnu Sina Junior High School Inclusion School, Bandung
Regency which includes the right to non-discrimination, the right to the best
interests of the child, the right to survival and development and the right to respect
for opinions. Fulfillment of children's rights is all the basic needs that need to be
met by all children to get their welfare, as well as children with special needs. The
method used is a qualitative research method. Information was obtained from
various sources through in-depth interviews, observations and documentation
studies. Informants were selected using purposive sampling technique with a total
of five informants consisting of one teacher, one accompanying teacher, two
regular friends of children with special needs and one parent of a child with
special needs. The results showed that the Ibn Sina Junior High School Inclusion
School in Bandung Regency in carrying out the fulfillment of the rights of
children with special needs has been fulfilled, children with special needs in each
of their rights are given freedom and have the same life as regular children,
besides that it also provides provisions for children with special needs related to
their adjustment and supports their life and welfare in the future. The proposed
program is "Increasing Understanding of the Conditions and Rights of Children
with Special Needs through Recreation Groups at Ibnu Sina Junior High School,
Bandung Regency." which aims to strengthen bonding between regular children
and children with special needs and increase understanding of the conditions and
rights of children with special needs.
