ABSTRAK
MECHTILDIS ROSIANTA GAA, 19.04.107. Kondisi Psikososial Lanjut Usia Yang Mengalami Grieving Di Kelurahan Lokoboko Kabupaten Ende, Dosen Pembimbing: Krisna Dewi dan Aries Effendi Ilyas.
Peneltian ini tentang kondisi psikososial lanjut usia yang mengalami grieving di Kelurahan Lokoboko Kecamatan Ndona Kabupaten Ende. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kondisi psikososial lanjut usia yang mengalami grieving dan mencakup asepek: 1) Karateristik Informan, 2) Kondisi Fisik, 3) Kondisi Psikologi, 4)Kondisi Sosial Lanjut usia yang mengalami Grieving. Peneltian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualtitif dengan metode dekriptif. Informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak empat orang yaitu SK. EE, AM dan GS. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan uji kredibilitas, uji transferbilitas dan uji ketergantungan. adapun teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kondisi psikososial lanjut usia dari aspek fisik di tandai dengan kesehatan menurun kondisi psikologi ditandai dengan kehilangan motivasi hidup akibat perasaan kesepian serta kesedihan yang terus berlanjut serta kondisi sosial di tandai dengan terganggunya keberfungsian sosial yang menyebabkan informan menarik diri dari lingkungannya sehingga permasalahan dari ketiga aspek tersebut berujuang pada depresi sehingga diperlukan upaya pemecahan permasalahan dengan melibatkan dukungan pihak pemerintah dalam pemberian pelayanan guna pemecahan permasalahan tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, maka diusulkan program "KOLING JALU atau Konseling Keliling Jangkau Keluarga Lanjut Usia" di Kelurahan Lokoboko.

This research is about the psychosocial condition of the elderly who experience grieving in Lokoboko Village, Ndona District, Ende Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the psychosocial conditions of the elderly who experience grieving and include asepek: 1) Characteristics of Informers, 2) Physical Conditions, 3) Psychological Conditions, 4) Social Conditions of the Elderly who experience Grieving. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The informants in this study were four people, namely SK. EE, AM and GS. Data validity checks use credibility tests, transferability tests and dependency tests. The data collection techniques are in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results showed that the psychosocial condition of the elderly from the physical aspect was marked by declining health, psychological conditions were characterized by loss of motivation to live due to feelings of loneliness and sadness that continued and social conditions were marked by disruption of social functioning that caused informants to withdraw from their environment so that problems from these three aspects led to depression so that efforts to solve problems were needed by involve government support in providing services to solve these problems. Based on the results of this research, the "KOLING JALU or Mobile Counseling to Reach Elderly Families" program was proposed in Lokoboko Village.
