Family Development System (FDS) in the Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) are one of the efforts to change the behavior of beneficiary families (KPM) in their daily lives towards improving social welfare both in the aspects of education, health and fulfillment of needs. The Virtual Collaboration System is the result of P2K2 technology engineering by utilizing Information and Communication Technology in delivering children's education materials by involving the surrounding environment through the formation of Community Work Teams (TKM). This study aims to: 1) Describe the initial model of the Virtual Collaboration System at the Family Development Session, 2) Formulate plans for the Development of the Virtual Collaboration System Model at the Family Development Session, 3) Implement the Virtual Collaboration System at the Family Development Session, 4) Develop the final model for the Development of the Virtual Collaboration Model System at the Family Development Session to Reduce School Drop Out Rates. This research was conducted in Srengseng Village, Kembangan District, West Jakarta City. This research was carried out using qualitative methods with an action research design. Data collection techniques were carried out using interview techniques, focus group discussions, participatory observation and documentation studies. Checking the validity of the data used is the credibility test (internal validity), the transferability test (external validity), the dependability test (reliability) and the confirmability test (objectivity). The research results show that P2K2 activities are still not running optimally due to several factors, namely being hampered by pandemic conditions, the large number of KPMs, and also KPMs who work.. This causes FDS to have no impact on the quality of education of KPM PKH children to reduce dropout rates. The results of the implementation of the Virtual Collaboration System at the Family Development Session (FDS) have an impact on optimizing the learning process through the use of Information and Communication Technology and by involving the surrounding environment through the formation of TKM.

×Kegiatan Peningkatan Kemampuan Keluarga dalam Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) merupakan salah satu upaya untuk mengubah perilakuk Keluarga penerima manfaat (KPM) dalam kehidupan sehari-hari kearah peningkatan kesejahteraan sosial baik dalam aspek pendidikan, kesehatan dan pemenuhan kebutuhan. Virtual Collaboration System merupakan hasil rekayasa teknologi P2K2 dengan memanfaatkan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi dalam penyampaian materi Pendidikan anak dengan melibatkan lingkungan sekitar melalui pembentukan Tim Kerja Masyarakat (TKM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mendeskripsikan model awal Virtual Collaboration System, 2) Merumuskan perencanaan Pengembangan Model Virtual Collaboration System Pada Pertemuan Peningkatan Kemampuan Keluarga, 3) Mengimplementasikan Virtual Collaboration System Pada Pertemuan Peningkatan Kemampuan Keluarga, 4) Menyusun model akhir Pengembangan Model Virtual Collaboration System Pada Pertemuan Peningkatan Kemampuan Keluarga Untuk Menurunkan Angka Putus Sekolah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kelurahan Srengseng, Kecamatan Kembangan, Kota Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan rancangan penelitian tindakan (action research). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan teknik wawancara, diskusi kelompok terfokus, observasi partisipatif serta studi dokumentasi. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah uji credibility (validitas internal), uji transferability (validitas eksternal), uji dependability (reliabilitas) serta uji confirmability (obyektivitas). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kegiatan P2K2 masih belum berjalan optimal karena beberapa faktor yaitu terkendala kondisi pandemi, jumlah KPM yang banyak, dan juga KPM yang bekerja. Hal ini menyebabkan P2K2 belum berdampak pada kualitas pendidikan Anak KPM PKH untuk menurunkan angka putus sekolah. Hasil dari implementasi Virtual Collaboration System pada Pertemuan Peningkatan Keluarga memberikan dampak optimalisasi proses pembelajaran melalui pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi serta dengan melibatkan lingkungan sekitar melalui pembentukan TKM.
