Supervisors Didiet Widiowati and Ujang Muhyidin. Stakeholder engagement is a practice carried out by companies in positively involving parties who can influence or be influenced by company decisions. This research focuses on obtaining an overview of the process of implementing stakeholder engagement in the PT Jababeka Infrastruktur Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Assisted Partner Waste Bank program. The process of implementing stakeholder engagement is passed through the stages of stakeholder identification, stakeholder analysis, engagement planning, stakeholder engagement implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. The objectives of this research are: 1) Provide an initial description of the program before the implementation of the stakeholder engagement process, 2) Provide a design of stakeholder engagement in the program, and, 3) Provide an overview of the process of implementing stakeholder engagement in the program. The method used in this research is Participatory Action Research with a qualitative approach. The data sources used are primary and secondary data sources with data collection techniques through: 1) Participatory observation 2) Open interviews, 3) Documentation studies, and; 4) Focus group discussions. The results showed that stakeholder engagement has a positive impact on supporting the implementation of the waste bank management program and achieving the objectives of the CSR program, this is evidenced by the emergence of stakeholder commitment and contribution to the program. Stakeholder engagement merupakan sebuah praktik yang dilakukan perusahaan dalam melibatkan secara positif pihak-pihak yang dapat mempengaruhi atau dipengaruhi oleh keputusan perusahaan. Penelitian ini berfokus untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai proses penerapan stakeholder engagement dalam program Bank Sampah Mitra Binaan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT Jababeka Infrastruktur. Proses penerapan stakeholder engagement dilalui melalui tahapan identifikasi stakeholder, analysis stakeholder, perencanaan engagement, implementasi stakeholder engagement, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Memberikan gambaran awal program sebelum diterapkannya proses stakeholder engagement, 2) Memberikan desain stakeholder engagement dalam program, serta, 3) Memberikan gambaran mengenai proses penerapan stakeholder engagement dalam program. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Partisipatif atau Participatory Action Research dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer dan sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui: 1) Observasi partisipatif 2) Wawancara terbuka, 3) Studi dokumentasi, dan; 4) Diskusi kelompok terfokus (Focus Group Discussion). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stakeholder engagement berdampak positif pada dalam mendukung terlaksananya program pengelolaan bank sampah dan pencapaian tujuan program CSR, hal ini dibuktikan dengan munculnya komitmen dan kontribusi stakeholder dalam program.
