dc.description.abstract	ABSTRAK FARHANA ZAHIRAH. 19.04.036. Self Disclosure Anak dengan Pengasuh di Satuan Pelayanan Perlindungan Sosial Anak Kota Bogor Dosen Pembimbing: Marjuki dan Dyah Asri Gita Pratiwi Self Disclosure adalah hal penting yang mempengaruhi tumbuh kembang anak dalam berkomunikasi dengan lingkungan sekitarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan, mengkaji, menganalisis, dan memperoleh gambaran secara empiris mengenai self disclosure anak di Satuan Pelayanan Perlindungan Sosial Anak Kota Bogor. Aspek dalam penelitian ini ada lima aspek diantaranya yaitu, Tujuan (intent factor), Jumlah (amount factor), Valensi (positiveness-negativeness factor), Kejujuran dan ketepatan (honesty and accuracy factor), Kedalaman (depth factor). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah anak yang berada di Satuan Pelayanan Perlindungan Sosial Anak Kota Bogor sebanyak 40 responden. Adapun Uji validitas alat ukur menggunakan face validity dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan Cronbach alpha dengan aplikasi SPSS Versi 27. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket/kuesioner, wawancara tidak terstruktur dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa self disclosure anak dengan pengasuh di Satuan Pelayanan Perlindungan Sosial Anak Kota Bogor termasuk dalam kategori “Sedang”. Pada aspek Tujuan (intent factor) memiliki nilai 1020 (Sedang), pada aspek Jumlah (amount factor) memiliki nilai 1027 (Sedang), pada aspek Valensi (positiveness-negativeness factor) memiliki nilai 952 (Sedang), pada aspek Kejujuran dan ketepatan (honesty and accuracy factor) memiliki nilai 794 (Rendah), pada aspek Kedalaman (depth factor) memiliki nilai 1053 (Sedang). Permasalahan yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya keterbukaan diri anak dengan pengasuh, Rendahnya pengendalian diri anak dalam perilaku menghindar dan tidak jujur yang ada di dalam diri anak. Hal ini memerlukan adanya peningkatan self disclosure anak dengan pengasuh pada aspek Tujuan (intent factor), Jumlah (amount factor), Valensi (positiveness-negativeness factor), Kejujuran dan ketepatan (honesty and accuracy factor), Kedalaman (depth factor). Peneliti mengusulkan program “Membangun Keberanian Anak dalam Kejujuran & Ketepatan dalam Keterbukaan Diri Melalui Konseling Group di Satuan Pelayanan Perlindungan Sosial Anak Kota Bogor”. Program ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kejujuran dan ketepatan dalam self disclosure anak di Satuan Pelayanan Perlindungan Sosial Anak Kota Bogor. Self Disclosure of Children with Caregivers In Bogor City Child Social Protection Service Unit Supervisors: Dr. Marjuki, M.Sc. dan Dyah Asri Gita Pratiwi, M. Kesos. Self Disclosure is an important thing that affects children's growth and development in communicating with the surrounding environment. This study aims to describe, study, analyze, and obtain an empirical picture of children's self-disclosure in the Bogor City Child Social Protection Service Unit. There are five aspects in this study, namely, Purpose (intent factor), Number (amount factor), Valence (positiveness-negativeness factor), Honesty and accuracy (honesty and accuracy factor), Depth (depth factor). This study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. The sample in this study was children in the Bogor City Child Social Protection Service Unit as many as 40 respondents. The validity test of measuring instruments using face validity and reliability tests using Cronbach alpha with the SPSS Version 27 application. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, unstructured interviews and documentation studies. The results showed that self-disclosure of children with caregivers at the Bogor City Child Social Protection Service Unit was included in the "Medium" category. In the aspect of Purpose (intent factor) has a value of 1020 (Medium), in the aspect of Amount (amount factor) has a value of 1027 (Medium), in the aspect of Valence (positiveness-negativeness factor) has a value of 952 (Medium), in the aspect of Honesty and accuracy (honesty and accuracy factor) has a value of 794 (Low), in the aspect of Depth (depth factor) has a value of 1053 (Medium). The problems found in this study are the low openness of children with caregivers, the low self-control of children in avoidant and dishonest behavior in children. This requires an increase in children's self-disclosure with caregivers in aspects of Purpose (intent factor), Number (amount factor), Valence (positiveness-negativeness factor), Honesty and accuracy (honesty and accuracy factor), Depth (depth factor). The researcher proposed the program "Building Children's Courage in Honesty & Accuracy in Self-Openness through Group Counseling at the Bogor City Child Social Protection Service Unit". This program is expected to improve honesty and accuracy in children's self-disclosure at the Bogor City Children's Social Protection Service Unit.
