The limitation of social networks is one of the important factors in Vocational
Training Center (VTC) programs including at YUM Cianjur which has an impact
on the not optimal absorption of graduates into the world of work. This research
aims to produce and test a social network development design at the Vocational
Training Center (VTC) for Socio-Economically Underprivileged Women (PRSE)
at YUM Cianjur. This design is expected to increase the effectiveness of the
Vocational Training Center (VTC) program that supports increased absorption, the
suitability of absorption with the World Business World Industry (DUDI), and the
support component of the partnership. This research uses a qualitative method with
a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach that involves active participation
from the VTC coordinator, VTC tutors, PRSE, and target systems in the
development of social networks in the process of initial reflection, identification of
needs and suggestions, design and planning, implementation to the final design.
The results of this design implementation showed success in developing social
networks at the YUM VTC through partnerships with the pentahelix model. This
partnership was able to support skills development, facilitate access, and expand
the network with DUDI. In addition, this research successfully strengthened the
network between PRSE members at VTC YUM by fostering mutual trust and
effective communication that significantly supported the development and
implementation of the social network.

Sosial Pada Vocational Training Center Bagi Perempuan Rawan Sosial
Ekonomi Di Yayasan Usaha Mulia Cianjur. Dosen Pembimbing : Dwi
