Mentor Name : Tuti Kartika, M.Si., Ph.D., dan Dr. Nurjanah, M.Pd Increasing the capacity of MSMEs is important because it can encourage an increase in the quality of life, independence, and economic welfare for the community. The research method uses Participatory Action Research (PAR) as a research design that is able to involve the active participation of components of micro-business actors in Mekarmukti Village. The primary data sources in this study were the Head of Mekarmukti Village, 2 staff of the Mekarmukti village government, and 10 MSME actors in Mekarmukti Village, while the secondary data sources came from a documentation study consisting of the profile of Mekarmukti Village. The data collection technique used in-depth interviews. The results of the study showed that capacity development includes education and training, regulatory and institutional reform, knowledge, technology, and also financial assistance. Basically, it is the development of capacity (capacity building) or human power in determining their future, both personally and as a group of people, both men and women, with the aim of actualizing the potentials they have. The refinement of this motivational collaborative learning technology with the motiv capacity building method is very effective and efficient in its implementation because the stages can be perfectly understood by the training participants. Nama Pembimbing : Tuti Kartika, M.Si., Ph.D., dan Dr. Nurjanah, M.Pd Peningkatan kapasitas UMKM penting dilakukan karena dapat mendorong peningkatan kualitas hidup, kemandirian, dan kesejahteraan ekonomi bagi masyarakat. Metode penelitian menggunakan Participatory Action Research (PAR) sebagai desain penelitian yang mampu melibatkan partisipasi aktif komponen para pelaku usaha mikro di Desa Mekarmukti. Sumber data primer dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Desa Mekarmukti, 2 orang staf pemerintah desa Mekarmukti, dan 10 orang pelaku UMKM di desa Mekarmukti, sedangkan sumber data sekunder berasal dari studi dokumentasi yang terdiri dari profil Desa Mekarmukti. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan kapasitas termasuk di dalamnya pendidikan dan pelatihan, reformasi aturan dan kelembagaan, pengetahuan, teknologi, dan juga asistensi keuangan. Pada dasarnya adalah pengembangan kapasitas (capacity building) atau daya manusia dalam menentukan masa depannya, baik secara pribadi, maupun sebagai kelompok masyarakat baik laki-laki maupun perempuan dengan tujuan untuk mengaktualisasikan potensi-potensi yang dimiliki baik. Penyempurnaan teknologi Motivational collaborative learning ini dengan metode motiv capacity building sangat efektif dan efisien dalam pelaksanaannya karena tahapannya mampu di pahami secara sempurna oleh peserta pelatihan.
