Abstract

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Relapse Prevention Training are therapies aimed at addressing drug abusers' anxiety. Anxiety refers to a psychological disorder where drug abusers experience feelings of restlessness, difficulty sleeping, night waking, sleeplessness, and frequent early morning awakenings. The purpose of this study was to obtain an empirical picture, and analyse the anxiety disorder of drug abusers. The research method used is quantitative method with Single Subject Design (SSD) ABA model. Researchers used primary and secondary data sources. The validity test of the measuring instrument used in this study is the face validity test while the measuring instrument reliability test uses percent agreement. The research subject was a client of the Graha Prima Karya Sejahtera Foundation, aged 24 years, had undergone rehabilitation for at least 6 months and experienced anxiety. The researcher used the HARS instrument in measuring respondents' anxiety. The data analysis technique used is visual analysis with descriptive statistics. The results showed that Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Relapse Prevention Training had an effect on reducing subject anxiety. This is evidenced by a decrease in subject anxiety which includes feelings of restlessness, difficulty falling asleep, nighttime awakenings, sleeplessness, and frequent early morning awakenings
