dc.description.abstractABSTRACT PUTRI ZAHRAH SALSABILA, 20.04.323 The Influence of Bullying Experiences on Students Self-Confidence Levels in One of the Private Schools in West Bandung Regency, Supervised by Susilawati and Arini Dwi Deswanti Bullying is an act of using power to harm a person or group of people, whether verbally, physically or psychologically, which is intentionally carried out by a person or group of people repeatedly and from time to time against a victim. Bullying can affect students' self-confidence to become low. This research aims to obtain an empirical picture of: 1) Knowing the level of bullying experienced by victims in one of the private schools in West Bandung district, 2) Knowing the level of self-confidence in victims in one of the private schools in West Bandung district, 3) Knowing the influence of the level of bullying on the self-confidence of victims in one of the private schools in West Bandung district. The research method used is quantitative descriptive census. This research uses the entire research population or census. This research uses the entire research population or census. The data collection techniques used were: 1) questionnaires and 2) interviews. Test the validity of the measuring instrument using content validity. The research results were analyzed using normality test, linearity test, X and Y correlation coefficient, simple linear regression test, coefficient of determination. The results of research on 30 bullying victims showed that the experience of bullying had an influence on the students' level of self-confidence. Bullying that occurs at this school is in the medium category in the physical, verbal and relational aspects and self-confidence is in the medium category in the aspects of believing in one's abilities, optimistic, responsible and rational and realistic, while in the objective aspect it is in the low category. Based on this research, the researcher designed a proposed training and education program related to bullying behavior in the school using the social group work method with Education, Interpretation, Collaboration techniques. Pengaruh Pengalaman Bullying Terhadap tingkat Kepercayaan Diri Siswa di Salah Satu Sekolah Swasta Kab.Bandung Barat, Dibimbing oleh susilawati dan Arini Dwi Deswanti Bullying merupakan salah satu tindakan penggunaan kekuasaan untuk menyakiti seseorang atau sekelompok orang baik secara verbal, fisik maupun relasional yang disengaja dilakukan oleh seseorang atau sekelompok orang secara berulang-ulang dan dari waktu ke waktu terhadap seorang korban. Bullying dapat memengaruhi kepercayaan diri siswa menjadi rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran empiris tentang : 1) Mengetahui tingkatan Bullying yang dialami korban di salah satu sekolah swasta kabupaten Bandung Barat, 2) Mengetahui tingkatan kepercayaan diri pada korban di salah satu sekolah swasta kabupaten Bandung Barat, 3) Mengetahui seberapa pengaruh tingkatan bullying terhadap kepercayaan diri korban di salah satu sekolah swasta kabupaten Bandung Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif deskriptif secara sensus. Penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh populasi penelitian atau sensus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah: 1) kuesioner dan 2) wawancara. Uji validitas alat ukur menggunakan validitas isi (content validity). Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan uji normalitas, uji linieritas, koefisien korelasi X dan Y, Uji regresi linier sederhana, koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian terhadap 30 korban bullying menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh pengalaman bullying terhadap tingkat kepercayaan diri siswa tersebut. Bullying yang terjadi pada sekolah tersebut berada kategori sedang pada aspek fisik, verbal dan relasional serta kepercayaan diri dikategori sedang pada aspek percaya akan kemampuan diri sendiri, optimis, bertanggung jawab dan rasional dan realitis sedangkan pada aspek objektif dikategori rendah. Berdasarakan penelitian tersebut, peneliti merancang usulan program pelatihan dan edukasi terkait dengan perilaku bullying di sekolah tersebut dengan menggunakan Metode social group work dengan teknik Edukasi, Interpretasi, Kolaborasi.
