dc.description.abstract | VYONA ALPUTILA, NRP.19.04.019, Self-Efficacy of Children at the Permata Hati Orphanage, Bekasi Regency, West Java Province. Supervisor: Benny Setia Nugraha, Denti Kardeti Self-Efficacy is one aspect of self-knowledge or self-knowledge that is most influential in everyday human life. This research aims to obtain a general picture of children's self-efficacy at the Permata Hati Bekasi orphanage which includes Academic (academic), Social (social), Emotional (Emotional). This research uses quantitative research methods. The data sources used in this research are primary and secondary data sources. Primary data was obtained by researchers while at the research location and obtained directly from respondents, namely 26 children at the Permata Hati Bekasi Orphanage, and secondary data was obtained through study documentation. The data obtained through secondary data sources is data about the profile of the Permata Hati Bekasi Orphanage. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, documentation studies and observation. The questionnaire used was a questionnaire created by Muris (2001), namely the SelfEfficacy Questionnaire for Children (SEQ-C) using Rating Scale and Face Validity measurements (face validity test). The results of the research show that in general the self-efficacy of children at the Permata Hati Bekasi Orphanage is still low, academic self-efficacy with a score of 846 and a percentage of 33.66%, social selfefficacy with a score of 815 and a percentage of 32.43%, and emotional selfefficacy with a score of 852 and a percentage of 33.90%. The conclusion is that the self-efficacy of children at the Permata Hati Bekasi Orphanage still needs to be improved. The problems found were low support from the surrounding environment and low acceptance from peers at the orphanage. Based on the problems found, the researchers developed a program to deal with these problems, namely, "Psychosocial Support for Children in Orphanages through the Children's Creative Studio". Dosen Pembimbing: Benny Setia Nugraha, Denti Kardeti Self-Efficacy merupakan salah satu aspek pengetahuan tentang diri atau self knowledge yang paling berpengaruh dalam kehidupan manusia sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran umum mengenai self-efficacy anak di panti asuhan Permata Hati Bekasi yang mencakup Academic (akademik), Social (sosial), Emotional (Emosional). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sumber data primer dan sekunder. Data primer didapatkan peneliti ketika berada di lokasi penelitian dan diperoleh langsung dari responden yakni 26 anak di Panti Asuhan Permata Hati Bekasi, dan data sekunder diperoleh melalui studi dokumentasi. Adapun data-data yang diperoleh melalui sumber data sekunder adalah data tentang profil Panti Asuhan Permata Hati Bekasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, studi dokumentasi, dan observasi. Kuesioner yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang dibuat oleh Muris (2001) yaitu Self-Efficacy Questionnaire for Children (SEQ-C) dengan menggunakan pengukuran Rating Scale dan Face Validity (uji validitas muka). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum self-efficacy anak di Panti Asuhan Permata Hati Bekasi masih rendah, academic self-efficay dengan skor 846 dan presentase sebesar 33,66%, social self-efficacy dengan skor 815 dan presentase sebesar 32,43%, dan emotional self-efficacy dengan skor 852 dan presentase sebesar 33,90%. Kesimpulannya adalah self-efficacy anak di Panti Asuhan Permata Hati Bekasi masih perlu ditingkatkan. Permasalahan yang ditemukan adalah rendahnya dukungan dari lingkungan sekitar dan rendahnya penerimaan dari teman sebaya di panti. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ditemukan, peneliti merumuskan program untuk menangani permasalahan tersebut yaitu, “Dukungan Psikososial pada Anak di Panti Asuhan Melalui Sanggar Kreasi Anak”.
