    ADELA PUTRI. 20.02.116. Rehabilitasi Sosial Anak Korban Kekerasan Seksual di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak Kota Bandung. Dosen Pembimbing MEITI SUBARDHINI dan ELIN HERLINA Penelitian tentang Rehabilitasi Sosial Anak Korban Kekerasan Seksual bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai tahap pendekatan awal, tahap asesmen, tahap rencana intervensi, tahap intervensi, resosialisasi, terminasi dan bimbingan lanjut di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak Kota Bandung terhadap Anak Korban Kekerasan Seksual. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Jumlah infoman dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 5 orang dengan teknik penentuan informan menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah : (1) wawancara; (2) observasi; (3) studi dokumentasi. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data dilakukan melalui : (1) uji kepercayaan; (2) uji keteralihan; (3) uji kebergantungan; dan (4) uji kepastian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa rehabilitasi sosial yang diberikan UPTD PPA Kota Bandung sudah cukup baik, namun masih terdapat satu aspek yang perlu ditingkatkan yaitu pada aspek tahap intervensi, dalam tahap intervensi masih belum diberikan secara maksimal dan efektif oleh pekerja sosial yaitu pekerja sosial kurang terlibat dalam pemberian intervensi dan banyak dilakukan oleh psikolog yaitu pekerja sosial hanya terlibat dalam penjadwalannya saja padahal pekerja sosial juga memiliki kewenangan untuk melakukan intervensi pada aspek psikososial klien. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, peneliti mengusulkan program yaitu Peningkatan Keterampilan dan Kolaborasi Intervensi Pekerja Sosial dalam Pelaksanaan Rehabilitasi Sosial melalui Educational Group dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan kolaborasi pekerja sosial dengan tenaga ahli lainnya dalam proses rehabilitasi sosial kepada anak korban kekerasan seksual. Metode yang digunakan adalah Group Work dengan tipe kelompok Educational Group. Kata Kunci : Rehabilitasi Sosial, Anak Korban Kekerasan Seksual ABSTRACT ADELA PUTRI. 20.02.116. Social Rehabilitation of Children Victims of Sexual Violence at the Bandung City Regional Technical Implementation Unit for the Protection of Women and Children. Supervisors MEITI SUBARDHINI and ELIN HERLINA Research on Social Rehabilitation of Children Victims of Sexual Violence aims to obtain an overview of the initial approach stage, assessment stage, intervention plan stage, intervention stage, resocialization, termination and further guidance at the Bandung City Women and Children Protection Regional Technical Implementation Unit for Children Victims of Sexual Violence. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The number of informants in this study amounted to 5 people with the technique of determining informants using purposive sampling. The data collection techniques used are: (1) interview; (2) observation; (3) documentation study. Data validity checks were carried out through: (1) trust test; (2) transferability test; (3) dependability test; and (4) certainty test. The results showed that the social rehabilitation provided by UPTD PPA Bandung City was quite good, but there was still one aspect that needed to be improved, namely the aspect of the intervention stage, in the intervention stage it was still not provided optimally and effectively by social workers, namely social workers were less involved in providing interventions and were mostly carried out by psychologists, namely social workers were only involved in scheduling even though social workers also had the authority to intervene in the psychosocial aspects of clients. Based on these problems, the researcher proposes a program, namely Improving Social Worker Intervention Skills and Collaboration in the Implementation of Social Rehabilitation through Educational Groups with the aim of improving the skills and collaboration of social workers with other experts in the process of social rehabilitation for child victims of sexual violence.
